Floral Tea Blends To Add Colors To Your Spring Time
Spring season is the time for Darjeeling first flush. The Darjeeling Himalayas will start blushing red and pink with Chaamp Ra Guraas, magnolias, and rhododendron.
While an intricate pattern of seasons (or flushes) is responsible for the variety of Darjeeling tea, the growth of flora in the hills is a celebration of its multitudinous native species.

Spring Season in Darjeeling
Spring in Darjeeling (March-May) brings in the rhododendrons. There are more than 24 species of rhododendrons that are native to the Eastern Himalayas alone. It's the scarlet lali guraas that create magic all around the landscape.
With summer approaching, bunches of begonias, petunias, and primula start also blooming. Species of daisies like the gerbera, lilies in hues of yellows and whites, and abundant varieties of orchids grow. As the air gets chillier, and festivities start approaching, golden marigolds bloom and so do chrysanthemums, and velvety amaranths.
What better way to celebrate Darjeeling's biodiverse heritage than create this floral bloom of a species that is native with the leaves of what made Darjeeling a global phenomenon, the glorified colonial Darjeeling tea.
